On December 27, the world's first new energy power station with virtual synchronous machine function was completed and put into operation at the national scenic storage and transportation demonstration power station.

The new energy virtual synchronous machine technology demonstration project is one of the ten scientific and technological innovation demonstration projects of the State Grid Corporation, which can improve the safe and stable operation level of the power grid, provide a standard model for new energy friendly grid-connection, and is of great significance for the construction of the national Zhangjiakou renewable energy demonstration zone and the large-scale development and utilization of clean energy in China.
